Bosque Brewing Co. Telshor Public House
Bosque Brewing Co. Telshor Public House
Description
A lively brewpub pairs standout house beers and inventive cocktails with a menu of pub classics and vegan-friendly dishes—from green-chile queso and pretzel bites to jackfruit tacos, chicken poutine, pulled pork and Meyer lemon cake. Friendly, often excellent service, patio seating, AC and a well-lit lot near hotels make it convenient for visitors. However, inconsistent food execution, occasional slow or missing orders and at least one reported discriminatory service incident mean experiences can vary.

There were more peppers prior to me taking the picture. However, we couldn't stop ourselves. Food and drink were excellent, as was the atmosphere and service we received. We highly recommend the chicken poutine fries, beef birria tacos, and shishito peppers followed up with the Meyer lemon cake with raspberry sorbet for dessert. Drink wise, the beers and cocktails were fantastic, with our personal favorites being the Paloma, and Panic! At the Bisco.
We came in hopeful for a great experience, sadly we were disappointed. I know that sounds harsh, but I am use to great service, not this every hour one single beer. The service was some of the worst I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to quite a few bars in my time, and none of them had quite this terrible of service as this one. I’m very glad that the nice young man working there who was not even our bartender was observent enough to realize that we were in dire need of another alcoholic beverage, he helped us as quickly as he found out that we were out. The waitress had no clue about our needs because she was far to distracted by her and her co-workers cellular devices, which seemed to be the most important things in the entire universe. It is amazing how impactful talking to a man on your phone is to my liquid relaxation technique. Hard working Americans do not deserve this kind of service after a long stressful day#banphonesatwork
Went in at 2:15 PM to order a late lunch. The place had two other tables. Everything seemed fine at first. I ordered a small blonde beer (which is fine), and I ordered the lunch special of a bratwurst sandwich on a pretzel bun and some pretzel bites. The food came out and I had thought I ordered a bratwurst and I was told this is what I had ordered and the lady left. I opened the sandwich and it was just green chilies and cheese. Where is the bratwurst??? I waited for 15 minutes before the waitress showed back up and I showed her the bratwurst sandwich sans bratwurst. She said sorry and went back to get the right food. She said the cook thought I ordered a cheese sandwich... There was hardly anyone in the restaurant I would think getting the order correct would be the easiest thing to do. Ah well, kind of soured on this place. I hope you have a better experience. Not recommending. Photo is what I received after everything happened. Not impressed
The green chili queso is fantastic, and it doesn’t overwhelm you with spice. We've enjoyed every dish we've tried; the pulled pork is a personal favorite, while my friends rave about the fish and chips. Pricing is comparable to other bars and pubs in the area. It's conveniently located near several hotels, making it a great choice for out-of-town guests. Plus, the parking lot is very well-lit at night!
