I must state the waitress Kylie was top notch. Great attitude and knowledgeable about the menu. Ruby's advertised a Philly Queso Cheesesteak it looked delicious. Anyone whose every lived in the east coast knows you don't make a Philly Cheesesteak with Queso. Anyway, I asked Kylie, if she could get the cook to do it with Mozzarella. The cook made it with mozzarella and it was delicious. Big props to the cook. The meat was spiced to perfection. All the staff was great and
I seldom leave comments like this because I am a little picky. This restaurant is one of the most decent restaurants. I pay attention to the details. The napkins and take out boxes are in good quality! Every ingredients in the nachos are very authentic! The salad bar is as good as Jason?s! The shrimp is very tender! Over all the flavor is very good and authentic! They are doing the right thing! The manager is a good asset! He made me come back again! Thank you!

By reading your reviews I see the restuarant business is tough and you have done very well. I didn't see any boracho complaints from the bar side. I don't complain either if there are problems. I usually just blow it off. If its really bad I don't tip them much if anything or remind them the next time if they forget my change. Its unfortunate what happened ro me last week and Phil should know better . I must have been provoked plenty to say what I said. I have quit going there many times due to problems with service at the bar. My only concern is the bar tender got away with it . It gives her the green light to do it again and she won this round. Thanks Phil.
