Th... read more Worst customer service ever. First the guy comes to the window choking down food trying to say how sorry he is they are short handed. Funny he has to to eat. Then drops the quarter I hand him as part of my payment. Proceeds to give me my change not including the quarter he dropped and tells me ‘don’t worry about the change’. Well since you owe me I’m a little worried about the change but it’s only 8 cents so I go to the next window. There I’m asked if I had 3 ice waters.... no! Then a guy brings me my sundae which is half full and melted all the way. So now I’ve over paid for half a sundae! Then I call to talk to manager and I’m told sorry I’ll take care of it. Ummm I’m it... you know the customer..... yeah I’m the one you’re supposed to be taking care of!!!! Didn’t even so much as offer to at least give me my 8cents. Not that 8 cents really matters but damn where has customer service gone?

This time thou... read more Today on a Friday during busy hours, food was phenomenal! Slow...but it was worth it. Been here at this location before, lousy slow and pathetic. This time though, gotta give it an Awesome bonus for quality and accuracy. Slowness was totally forgivable. So like if your poke-hunting or something of that nature and not in a hurry, this is your stop. By the way this was drive-thru experience. D-lish-us! (Delicious)

When I go here it's a toss up of what will wrong, whether it be shorting me $4 on change, giving no sauce or forgetting ice in my drink. The manager even handed me mistaken food a few times! Wish the service would be better.
