The staff was friendly, but we ended up having to assist them with the basic steps of preparing our sandwich, as they forgot to include the meat and other essential ingredients.
The woman working there, named Crystal, was quite rude to her co-worker, openly criticizing him and saying he was doing everything wrong. It was uncomfortable to witness her behavior in front of my partner and me.
I didn’t receive the friendly “Welcome to Subway” greeting that is supposed to be part of their training. I placed an online order, and they completely messed it up. I asked for light sauce but received extra instead, and the lettuce was brown.
Great service. Packed our sandwiches for the road. So nice of them. Kid-friendliness: Packaged sandwiches to make it easier to eat in the car.
