We took a really big fish and seafo... read more If you love seafood this is the place for you. Juan Carlos was an amazing server and we enjoyed every bit of our experience. We took a really big fish and seafood platter, rabas and desserts. In all fairness, I did not think it would be worth it, but it was on another level, I was overtook by how fresh and delicious it was. I have tried a lot of places here and this has definitely left the best impression. Too bad it is my last day now here, I kinda regret not going more often. If you are in Laredo and you come here you will not regret it.

We had great appetizers including a tabla de jamon and a tabla de quesos. We then had the seafood paella which was amazing but was certainly enough to fill the four of us! But the star of the meal was the service from our waiter, Juan Carlos. He was diligent, wonderful and learned all of our names. He went out of his way to indulge us and our desire to practice our Spanish. This was a spectacular meal in a beautiful town with great service don't miss out on this gem. ¡Muchas gracias, Juan Carlos! As so... read more We were stopping in Laredo to find a quick place for lunch and happened upon this restaurant. Despite the plastic tablecloths we decided to give it a try. As soon as the friendly waitress ascertained that we wanted to eat as well as drink the linen tablecloth appeared. The menu was extensive, the food good quality with some imaginative touches and effort put into the presentation. This was not one star dining, but it was generous portions of good food. By the time we left the place was packed indoors and out and,as far as we could tell, by locals who all seemed to know each other.
