A little bit has been for you to sit at 4:00. And at that time, you're not leaving because you don't eat somewhere else. It's more ethical to say that the table is at 4.

We started of... read more We wandered in to this place not really expecting much but it was open. We have just left after one of the best dining experiences I can remember. We started off with a couple of very nice dark draught beers. The host brought over some bread, ham and local cheese which was superb. And then he matched subsequent tapas with incredible wines and very informative conversation about what we were eating and drinking. He was infectiously enthusiastic and we just kept getting more. The anchovies cooked three ways were sublime. The omelette incredible. The black pudding divine. The wine was fantastic. In the end we had to ask whether the bill was correct because it was such good value for money. If you are in Laredo near the beach then you have no excuse for not giving this place a go. And no, I am not a paid reviewer as my timeline will show, I only leave reviews if something needs to be said.
