Tabernilla is one of my favorite restaurants out there. The menu reflects a genuine love and understanding of Spanish cuisine, offering both traditional and contemporary dishes. The flavors are vibrant and thrilling, and I feel like I've been transported to Spain the moment I step inside. The kitchen operates at an exceptional level in this charming little tapas bar. From the Pato Membrillo—smoked duck breast paired with quince paste—to the Moroccan Spiced Eggplant with Goat Cheese, every dish is a delight. Tabernilla truly awakens the senses, and I can't wait to return. Cheers!

Outstanding service, an extensive drink selection, and the food was absolutely incredible! I tried 10 to 12 different dishes and had a fantastic evening! This place offers the best variety of dishes in Laredo, without a doubt!

Honesty incredible. The drinks were amazing and the tapas were incredible, with a great array of options. Staff was kind and attentive, as well as prompt. I wish I had been in town longer so I could have gone back!
