Another place in Laredo which uses the pandemic to get rich. The website says the dining area is open and we drove there and the dining area is closed because of the pandemic. These types of places should be fined for refusing to go back to normal instead of using the pandemic to get richer by not opening the dining area. Just horrible View all feedback. I absolutely love coming to Delcy! The food is delicious and it is made of scratches, good home cooking! The Tortillas, Gordita, Tostadas and Enchiladas are delicious! The staff is always friendly in person and when ordering via the phone for pickup. View all feedback.
