Another place in Laredo which uses the pandemic to get rich. The website says the dining area is open and we drove there and the dining area is closed because of the pandemic. These types of places should be fined for refusing to go back to normal instead of using the pandemic to get richer by not opening the dining area. Just horrible View all feedback.
Must clean the restaurant food room so about Crowed. Go toys, boxes and a large bunch of water bottles.
Very time we visit relatives here in Laredo, we buy four and sometimes five plates of Mexican Enchiladas, to share with relatives. Each plate has five enchiladas, rice, beans, diced potatoes and carrots. Wish we had a Delcy's Taqueria in San Antonio.

We have been buying food for years and always have very good food, I and my wife are very happy. Service is good. Your enchiladas are delicious. We recommend it.
The food is made from scratch with love. Everything is homemade the tortillas, gordita, tostadas and enchiladas. Friendly hole-in-the wall. My suggestion would be order a little of everything, they have a small menu. The prices are very reasonable.
