The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because of the terrible customer service I experienced from a girl named Sofia. There was a misunderstanding with my order, and she spoke to me in a very rude manner. I really love Dairy Queen, but I don't think it's acceptable to treat customers that way. View all feedback.
The service is incredibly slow. I could understand if the place were packed, but there are hardly any customers here.
I absolutely love the ice cream here! I just wish there were a location on Mines Road.
