My first course was excellent, my husband had the lamb with cheese and eggs, which was incredibly tender—never tasted so good. I also loved the arrosticini; they tasted like mutton! Nowadays, we tend to use lamb to avoid such a strong flavor, but I really enjoyed these traditional arrosticini with their old-fashioned flavor!
