Had some Baskin Robbins ice cream
It would have been 5 stars if the staff had greeted me with a hello or good morning before taking my order, and a thank you afterward would have been greatly appreciated.
The staff at this restaurant are exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to accommodate dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, and individual preferences.
It was pretty busy today—Merry Christmas! However, the wait wasn't too long. The cashier was friendly, and the food was served quickly and hot!
The primary reason why people buy the $14 Dunkin' reusable cups is to take advantage of the discounted refills. Unfortunately, this location was the first one to refuse me that benefit. I've visited many Dunkin' locations before, and they usually honor the discount!
