Hook Reel Cajun Seafood Bar - Lansdowne

When i first came in on mothers day, i was approached by an older white woman who was very welcoming AT FIRST. I was seated by her then she proceeded to explain almost EVERYTHING on the menu as i was trying to read and it became quite annoying, She did it to almost everyone others around me were complaining about it as well, but the food was AMAZING, the atmosphere was great, the staff was pleasant, the server i had was great very helpful but didnt make me feel as overwhelmed as she did , I will be returning but i dont want to feel so hovered over...

So much, I couldn’t finish it all. Flavor was amazing and the staff were more like family. I’ll definitely come back when I come to visit B More..

Great experience! Staff is much better then the last time I came . The new manager Regina is such a sweetheart. Her warm welcoming and hospitality is amazing ! This place can go places with her in charge . My server Destiny was also a sweetheart. Both of them deserve this great review ! Give them a raise lol . I hope they are still there next time me and my family return.

This restaurant was quite a pleasant surprise. We had never been here before and decided to try it out as it is right next to our gym. What an amazing flavor sensation! Our bartender, Gene, was wonderful and so accommodating. The choices of seafood were great, and you have so many options as far as spices and heat level. If you like seafood, you must try this place.

This was a nice find for seafood. Ordered the calamari (breading was good on it kind of small size). The catfish basket (fried here are tasty, the catfish was almost non existent more batter than filet. Batter is that I?d like a Popeyes crispy coating) ratio off. The dungeonous crab legs were good but other crab legs a bit rubbery. The wing baskets were good. Hook and reel special flavor was good a bit thick but liked it. I?d come to try the bar the restaurant setup was nice.
