While we... read more The service was really bad, and I didn’t receive the complete meal I had paid for. I ordered a 12-piece meal for four people, but we only got 8 pieces. While we were trying to place our order at the drive-thru, we were approached by a random person. Honestly, I wouldn't be upset if this place disappeared completely—it's the only way to be sure it wouldn't happen again.

Unfortunately, the food was not very impressive; it was quite dry, as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours. Additionally, the cashier who took my order wasn’t very friendly. A simple smile and a “have a nice day” could have made the experience more pleasant. But I suppose that’s just how it is with the younger generation these days—I’ve gotten used to it.

After calling the store eight times, the manager finally answered. I explained the situation to him, and he asked if I could come back to pick up the fries. I told him I was already home and requested a refund to my card instead. He said he couldn't do that, but I could come back the next day to pick up a new order of fries. The next day, I returned and received my fries, but when I asked if I would be compensated for my time and gas, he replied no. I have decided that I will never spend another dime at KFC again.
