Nothing was too... read more We went to Ready Roast in Somerville last night. The young lady who served us was the friendliest customer service person I've ever come across. Nothing was too much of a hassle for her, she was polite and smiled throughout. I left the store got into the car and told my husband children all about her and encouraged my young child to be like her in the future. You made my night. OH and the food was incredible.July 31st at 7pm, blonde haired lady, thank you!

Consistency can be hit miss at times, they are part of a franchise and like myself I’ve eaten out of a few of the other reedy roast franchise stores, so I know what to expect however Somerville so far is the only franchise I find needs to lift their game. If they’d like my thoughts and constructive criticism, I’m more than happy to tell them. Usually when I order online I have to remind them to provide gravy on my meal as per the menu.. otherwise sometimes they forget. Also at times I need to remind the delivery driver to be careful with the meal packaging otherwise it gets damaged and gravy leaks all inside the bag. Overall I recommend their roast dinners, very nice.
