They... read more I've visited Brogans several times, and while they serve decent food at a reasonable price, my experience has been marred by the attitude of the waitstaff. They come across as quite rude and abrasive, as if they don't want customers in the dining area—only the ones currently being served matter to them. I've never received a refill without having to ask, and when I did request one, I was met with an eye roll and a dismissive reaction that suggested I was inconveniencing them. It feels like they're trying to channel the sassy diner persona you see on television, but they lack the skill and charm to pull it off. I’m rating it two stars because the food is good—not great—but you have to be able to tolerate subpar service.

The service was excellent de... read more We had lunch at Brogan's Diner on Sunday for Father's Day. We made a reservation and were seated about 10 minutes after we arrived. The service was excellent despite the restaurant being quite busy. The decor of the diner was stunning. However, it took over an hour for our food to arrive, so if you're in a hurry or have plans afterward, be mindful of the peak hours! Overall, our table agreed that the food was just average. The total came to $240, including gratuity, for eight people.

When our food was ready, it sat on the pickup counter for nearly 10 minutes before they brought it out. The meals were cold. It was lunchtime, but the diner wasn’t particularly busy. Don’t waste your money here.

For dinner, we decided to explore what else the area had to offer and discovered a 50s diner with an interesting menu and fantastic reviews. Brogans exceeded our expectations! With live music, delicious food, and milkshakes in a lively atmosphere filled with happy regulars, we had a great time. We will definitely be returning!
