The Oxbow is attached to a motel on Lander's main drag. It has many signs hanging on and near it proclaiming the great food so I had to try it. I was so very disappointed. The host that greeted me as I arrived was clearly overwhelmed and stressed out about just where to seat customers. This was not a good sign of things to come.
