Pork shank with mole verde and black bean/corn succotash was absolute perfection; Harissa carrots were devoured as a starter; cucumber/coriander cocktail was delicious and reordered; chocolate budino was smooth and not overly sweet for dessert. The atmosphere is fine dining meets chill. Prices are on point considering the ingredients and high level execution. Others in our group of four including a pre teen enjoyed scallops on risotto and also seafood pasta. If we are ever in the Lander region again this would be a repeat performance!!! If I lived in Lander we’d be in at least every month. For now I’ll set out to recreate at home
