Complaints included cold, dried-out chips, charcoal-like pizza crusts, awful kebab chicken, slow service, undercooked and bland food, and overall disappointment with the dining experience. However, there was also positive feedback on a hot and delicious 11-meat Supreme pizza, tasty salt and pepper chocolate, and crispy chips. I ordered an 11-meat Supreme pizza with chilli at 2pm, with an expected delivery time of 3:25pm as they didn't open until then. To my surprise, the pizza arrived early and the box was warm - a good sign. When I opened the box, the pizza was still hot and delicious. It had just the right amount of meat, although I couldn't identify whether there was sausage or salami on it. There was a generous amount of cheese, which was melted to perfection and still gooey and stretchy. Despite previous inconsistencies, this pizza was the best I have had in the area. Absolutely fabulous.
The food was undercooked and bland, arriving nearly an hour before it should have and was barely lukewarm. Furthermore, the pepperoni on my pizza was burnt on one side and undercooked on the other. This was my second visit and unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing as the first. I will not be returning.
We only had to wait for 10 minutes before our food was ready. However, when we got back to our room, we found that there was no garlic sauce included. Both kebabs had full salad (the only difference was that one had 2 slices of tomato). Each kebab only had 4 pieces of what looked like processed chicken, and they didn't have much flavor. We went back to the restaurant to get the garlic sauce, but it tasted more like mayonnaise with a hint of garlic and had a strange color. The salad was very small and mostly consisted of lettuce, which I didn't mind but my partner did. I was expecting more for the price we paid. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant. On the bright side, the small fries were actually quite nice. Overall, I would rate the kebab a 4/10, the fries a 7/10, and the garlic sauce a 1/10. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
Called in there tonight for a simple burger and kebab. Left us waiting for ages. Then suddenly young lad asked us what we ordered and discovered our order had been ready for ages. The burger was nice but the kebab was cold, had to microwave it to make it edible. and we live on the same road as the place.. very disappointed.. ....won't be going back....no need for this to happen......
2nd time ordering from here because 1st time was fab but this time awful spent just short of £30 the food arrived cold, rang them and heard a member of staff shouting no way is there food cold person i was speaking with told me the mushrooms were hot because he had done then and there had 4 orders to deliver all near each other, i did point out i work in catering and our food does not go out cold. they agreed to send us more fries and onion rings which was kind of them however these were not much better and only luke warm, 2 children did eat there burgers, kids dont care, rest of food was binned. Wasted a lot of money.
