It seemed like they were more focused on takeout orders than serving the customers in the restaurant. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The first time, we waited for over 2 hours so we decided to cancel the order. The second and third times, we had to wait at least an hour and a half even though the online estimate was only 30 minutes. The service was very poor and we will not be ordering from here again.

However, today I decided to order a takeaway online and have it delivered, and unfortunately, it was not as good. This was probably the worst Indian takeaway I have had in a long time. Perhaps ordering takeaway is not the Far Pavillion's strong suit.
