Although The Carvery looked appetizing, we decided to try the soup for lunch. Unfortunately, it was bland and came with stale bread. We ended up leaving it and ordering chips instead. Despite this, I'm sure the Carvery meal is delicious since it seemed popular, but I question why they struggle to make good soup. Glad to see country style kitchen has reopened again. The staff were friendly and super helpful with allergens. The service and food was excellent. I can't wait to go again.
Excellent food and service, I recommend the carvery as being both good quality, and value.
Had a big breakfast, everything was cooked to perfection, especially the poached eggs, also reasonably priced
Me and my fiancee stumbled on this spot rather by accednt, what a fortunate accedent it was let me tell you!. We had been looking for a regular breakfast spot for a while and finally we have found somewhere great, the breakfast was perfect, fresh and tasty. The staff were freindly and professional and the atmosphere was great overall a fantastic experience I have no complaints only praise! 10/10 A1 we will be coming back!
We stopped for a hot drink this afternoon and the service was great! The staff were friendly and the place was clean!
