In 1997 there were just 11 male bitterns across the UK. Putting the bird at very real risk of extinction. Now, in 2023 the Leighton Moss RSPB reserve in Silverdale boats an impressive 7 all to itself, one of which I'm proud to say I photographed immediately before my visit here. Now, I'm in no doubt that the bittern's astonishing recovery in Silverdale is not incidentally linked to the astonishing curry and sundries... View all feedback.
What Saltay doesn't like about Cinnamon Spice:
The curries bar 1 tasted the same HOT! One was a prawn dhansak that should be lentil based and mild, so hot you could barely eat it. The madras was more like a vindaloo far too hot! The Balti was the only meal that was mild and that should have had a bit of a kick to it but didn’t. They all looked the same colour and style just more or Less heat added. We were very disappointed to say the least, for that reason we wo... View all feedback.
A very overdue catch up with my brother for a curry I can’t explain how good our curry was tonight Service 10/10 The food was absolute on a different level Our mixed starters were just immense never tasted a Shisklick kebab like it the flavours were incredible the chicken tikka cubes were equally the same so was the Keema patty Mains chicken tikka madras with vegetable rice and chilli Nan was the nicest we have ever tasted in our lives Hats off guys we will return Thank you
The restaurant offers great food, service, and prices. Unfortunately, they do not turn on the heating when it gets cold in the autumn. We were seated next to a cold heater near the constantly opening door. The staff seemed oblivious as they moved in and out of the kitchen. They need to consider the customer experience. It appears to be a cost-cutting measure. We will return after Easter when the weather warms up, but in the meantime, we will be spending our money elsewhere for the next five months.
What a lovely place this .friendly helpful staff. Food was excellent. We was stopping in slverdale and someone recommended cinnamon lounge to us they said you won't be disappointed. And we wasn't great food .
We received a very friendly welcome upon arrival and the service was exceptional during our entire visit. The food was delicious, with a standout dish being the Perswari naan which was perfectly cooked with a flavorful filling. Bringing your own alcohol is a plus, and the staff even provided us with suitable glasses. Due to limited seating, we recommend making a reservation as this popular restaurant offers great food at a very affordable price.
This Indian restaurant is definitely the best in the area by far. We visit regularly and have tried a variety of dishes from the menu, all of which have been excellent. The pilau rice is exceptional, and my go-to dish, chicken tikka jalfrezi, is incredibly delicious. They only accept cash and you can bring your own wine.
