The focaccia was light and fresh, the salmon roulade was delightful, and the lamb and pork dishes were delicious with generous portions. The desserts, creme brûlée and yogurt panna cotta, were also delicious. I would definitely return to this restaurant. It was quiet during my visit, but I can imagine it would be a great place to dine with views over the sea during the summer.

However, we were disappointed with the cheese sandwich, which came on two slices of basic white bread with only 8 chips on the side of the plate. It felt like we weren't getting value for money, as we could easily make the same meal at home for much cheaper. We expected the bread to be more artisanal, rather than store-bought. It seemed that other tables who ordered chips on the side received a larger portion in separate bowls. The server was friendly, but overall, the lunch felt lacking and uninspiring.

We both chose the homemade Chicken Kiev with char-grilled baby gem lettuce, and it was exceptional! Thank you to Jamie for the excellent service and for providing a cold water bowl for our dog. We also highly recommend trying their delicious Sunday lunches. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

We... read more Came here last night, Monday 10th April, for our wedding anniversary with our friends. We were given a sea view which was really good as the sun was setting. We all had 3 courses and the food was amazing!! I had the tempura vegetables which were crispy and not at all greasy which can happen. Then to follow blade of beef, wow the beef just fell apart and the vegetables and gravy were really good. After I have the creme brulee with shortbread biscuit. Honestly everything I ate was amazing! We will definitely be coming back.
