Only came in for a drink, then someone asked for a menu and was given a specials flyer, Cod and Chips £3.99 no contest, food arrived looking fresh and appetising and tasted great along with peas and tartare sauce, one of the nicest we’ve had,...staff polite and friendly, nice atmosphere, have visited a few times in the past and will call in again when next in the area. I called for a pint and never waited for the service for so long. the staff is slow and useless. people who send back food, not get accusations there and want money back. complete hold back to this spoon required. simply shocking! View all feedback.

Visit the sir richard owen three times last Friday and Saturday and each time when it had bl**dy ice cold my coat during the 3 visit, I don't know if she had a problem with the heating, because there were some small heating scattered... about, but they had some decent real ales on and eating was great, service pretty good
When we were at the ibis hotel next door, we visited this wetherspoon pub every day at our last break in this beautiful city. this is a great looking wetherspoon pub, over two flat, typical wetherspoon decor and offers a cool looking serving bar...and many seating options distributed in this pub both inside and outside on their terrace, everything in all its big pub to relax. all our visits were super, we enjoyed genuine ales, continental beers, tonic whiskey all served by very happy coworkers we also enjoyed some great meals here breakfast to start the day free, curry meals and delicious burger options, all in all we could not find anything about our visits over the four days we find in lancaster to this great wether. Opening times are: Monday to Thursday, midday to midnight. Friday Saturday, midday to 1 o'clock. Sunday, midday to midnight. a wonderful wetherspoon pub, which is definitely worth checking whether they are in the opposite or plan to visit lancaster.
