This is my second time ordering online first time I had 80 dollars in good and they missed one of my kids meals and for the maple blonde we had 2 they messed up... read more This is my second time ordering online first time I had 80 dollars in good and they missed one of my kids meals and for the maple blonde we had 2 they messed up and gave ranch dressing instead of the correct topping. They never came out side when iclicked i was there. Ontop of I had to wait 30 minutes past my pick up time to get my food. This last time we ordered 2 salads 2sandwich and a maple blonde hoping it would be easier but get there. Check in. Wait 20 minutes. None comes out so I go in andI'm told it's not ready. I'm told it will be a few minutes. I go back to the car wait 10 minutes go back in a diffent girl goesback and asks about it and the first girl yells I told them a few minutes. I finally get my food after 50 minutes pasty pickup time. Really... and the ice cream is still missing from this blonde.. the only reason I went back. I went in and asked themabout it they said they would tell the cook and didn't come back out after 5 mins so I left. Don't worry your short staffed I'llhelp that by never going back and make sure to tell everyone I know that if there looking for a long night of not eating whatthey order if they even get there food they can go there but I will stay away

We arrived on time and parked curbside for a pickup, but we ended up waiting nearly thirty minutes for someone to bring our order. I called to inquire about the delay and was told someone would come out, but after a few more minutes, no one showed up. I tried calling again, but there was no answer, even though they didn't seem busy at all. Both my guest and I were frustrated at this point. I finally decided to go inside, where I saw two bags sitting on the counter. I informed the waitress that we had been waiting outside for a while and, after giving her my name, she glanced at both receipts and handed me just one bag. When we checked the bag in the car, we realized it was incomplete. I had to go back in, and only then did they give me the second bag that I should have received earlier. You really need to improve your service.

The mac and cheese and potatoes were completely bland, lacking any seasoning. I ended up sending everything back and leaving. I definitely won't be returning.

One... read more The staff is friendly, but be cautious about where you sit. We were placed near the front door, and the ceiling tiles above us were moldy and leaking water. One-third of our booth was unusable because of the unpleasant water dripping down on us. The interior of this restaurant needs better maintenance; it was quite unsanitary.
