What User doesn't like about Huddle House:
Ordered $45 worth of food. Payment processed, was told to pickup at 6:03pm. Guess what, restaurant was closed. Contacted corporate office and they said they will escalate the complaint and get back to me in 2 business days. That was 5 business days ago. While I understand unforeseen issues, to process orders and payments for a closed business is terrible. And then to just ghost the customer is even worse. Oh but Door... View all feedback.
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent.
The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. The waitress greeted me warmly as I sat down. My hot cocoa and strawberry pancake arrived in less than 10 minutes and were incredibly delicious. I will definitely be returning.
The food and service were excellent! The only reason it's not a 5-star rating is because the staff spoke loudly. We don't mind who sees who or where they go after work. Please speak more calmly. However, the loud conversation did not affect the service at all.
They were very busy and very little help. It took forever to get our food 45 hours for breakfast. Food was good and worth waiting.
I have my food before my spouse could eat it before he got his food eggs and missing toast. my grotto was also cold, but I rarely speak up. the people were nice only time management to provide and present all the teller about the same time, hot eating was missing enormous.
