I mainly went for the chicken and coleslaw, but they... read more The restaurant was enjoyable. I got to have a bowl that I haven't had in years since KFC closed in my town. I mainly went for the chicken and coleslaw, but they were out of coleslaw, which is why I gave them only 4 stars. That was quite disappointing. The place is mainly a drive-thru, but the staff were attentive and helpful. For anyone familiar with KFC, it's all about the chicken!

For instance, I ordered fries... read more It seems that this restaurant frequently has issues with order accuracy. Every time I visit, it feels like I'm missing something. For instance, I ordered fries but ended up with mashed potatoes instead. I also asked for a sweet tea, which never arrived, despite it being on my receipt. I’m really disappointed that this is the only KFC location close to me. Please work on improving your service.

The staff takes great care in packaging the food to keep it hot, and they also include plastic utensils and napkins. Overall, the food here is truly delicious!

Additionally, the straw provided was bent and cracked, and there was no spoon available for the coleslaw. The menu needs some improvements to enhance the overall experience.
