I recently tried the takeout option at this restaurant for dinner. The price per person falls within the range of $1-$10, which is quite affordable. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5 and the service also a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Chick-Fil-A Waffle Potato Fries, they were delicious. View all feedback.
I visited Lancaster on March 10th for a girls' shopping weekend. Despite the many dining options available on March 11th, we decided to go to Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was extremely busy, and we had to circle the parking lot three times before finding a spot. There was a long line of 20-30 people ahead of us to order our food. However, despite the initial difficulties, our food was delivered to our table within 15 minutes of entering the building. The staff members were friendly, efficient, and constantly moving to clean tables, pick up trash, refill drinks, and assist customers. The food was delicious, with hot and fresh items, crisp salads, and a great selection of sauces. It's hard to believe that Chick-fil-A is considered fast food. I have also been impressed with the Carlisle Pike location. These people really know what they're doing! I wish there were more Chick-fil-A locations in Pennsylvania.
Earlier this week, I decided to take my toddlers to Lancaster for a quick trip to Carters to buy new pants for my son and treat the kids to lunch at Chick-fil-a. Just five minutes into our drive, it was clear that the kids needed food before we tackled shopping for clothes together. So, we headed straight to our favorite lunch spot. After unloading the kids and standing in line to order our food, I realized that I had left my wallet at home in my work bag. Embarrassed, I explained to the kids that we wouldn't be able to eat at Chick-fil-a that day because Mom forgot her wallet. I was bracing myself for a tantrum from the toddlers when the manager of Chick-fil-a approached and told me that they would provide our meal for free since I had left my money at home. I was surprised and touched by their kindness. Our entire meal was comped, and I couldn't be more grateful. We now frequent this Chick-fil-a more often than I'd like to admit, not just for their great customer service and fast, friendly atmosphere, but also for their understanding of mommy moments like mine. This small act of generosity turned my mistake into a lovely meal with my happy children. The pants shopping would have to wait for another day, but this experience has turned me into a loyal Chick-fil-a customer for life and reminded me of the impact of a generous spirit.
The service was extremely fast despite the busy crowd when we left. The staff efficiently cleared the tables, and I appreciated the option of gluten-free bread to enhance my meal.

The restaurant is always very busy, but that is not their fault. They offer takeout service for a variety of meal options, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food is rated a 5 and the service is rated a 5 as well. The atmosphere is rated a 4.
