We had lunch here when we were visiting The Imperial War Museum. We sat outside and had Fish Chips. Excellent food best fish I've had in ages. Crispy batter and the fish was cooked really well. Tasty chips too. Great selection of beers and ciders on tap. Good service. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A group of friends and I came here for lunch after visiting the nearby Imperial War Museum. We received a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout our meal. The menu featured standard pub dishes as well as a few more exotic options, such as Moules Frites. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I would definitely return if I am ever in the area again.
This pub is excellent, with delicious food and a great selection of beers. The atmosphere is fantastic and the layout is well thought out. The service is top-notch and faultless.
After a long day, we had a pleasant time at the restaurant with a great casual interior space, friendly service, and good food. We were able to find a charming window table, ordered a bottle of wine, and enjoyed some appetizers for a late lunch.
I stopped by for a drink and found a charming pub with a great selection of beer. The restrooms were clean, but the bartender seemed a bit grumpy.
This restaurant is a fantastic spot that appears to have undergone a change in ownership recently. The staff, food, and atmosphere are all excellent, but the variety of spirits, particularly gin and vodka, is lacking compared to other establishments. We hope that Staggs will consider offering a better selection of premium spirits.

During my visit, I was served by a friendly staff member who took my order for a pint of Pravha, which was reasonably priced at under six pounds. The menu offers a selection of pub classics and wood-fired pizzas, which are available for takeaway. The pub started to fill up in the late afternoon and had a relaxed atmosphere, with many patrons enjoying the outdoor benches. The Three Stags hosts regular quiz nights, live music, and cabaret evenings, providing plenty of entertainment options. Overall, The Three Stags is a fantastic pub with a fascinating history. It offers great beer, food, and entertainment, making it a must-visit spot. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend adding it to your list of places to visit. Note that the information provided is accurate as of my visit on 24/09/22.
Whenever we're in London, our go-to spot for our initial meal (and beer) is always The Three Stags. This establishment is a quintessential English pub with a creative take on classic dishes. The quality of the food, beer, and service never disappoints.
I do not recommend ordering pizza from this restaurant. I will not be returning. In summary, the fish had skin on it despite being told it didn't. The pizza was basically just oil on melted cheese. The waitress insinuated that they would comp the meal if I didn't leave a bad review. The falafel burger was okay, but the chips were not good. I ended up getting a better meal from Tesco's meal deal. The customer service was good at first, but deteriorated quickly. The restaurant seemed clean, but overall, I had a very disappointing dining experience at The Three Stags. At first, the staff was friendly and allowed me to choose a table outside. However, when I asked about the fish having skin, I was misinformed. My mom and I ordered separate meals, and the communication error with the fish delayed our mealtime. The staff offered to replace the fish, but I opted for a pizza instead. The pizza was subpar, with too much oil and cheese on a hot tortilla. The table next to us also had issues with their pizza. I took two bites before deciding I didn't want anything else. When I went inside to pay, the waitress suggested that I should pay for the meal if I was going to leave a bad review. I ultimately paid for the other food and left feeling very unsatisfied with the experience.
Really friendly staff and great food made to feel welcome from the start. Nice sticky toffee pudding no photo as it disappeared in seconds.
Nice pub! Close to the Imperial War Museum so when you are spent from walking around there, you can pop by here for a pint and a snack. Prices are moderate, a tad more than someplaces, but not unexpected due to the location. Friendly staff. The bartender was extremely pleasant and always had a smile. The ladies room was dark and I couldn't find the light switch. It had a handicapped toilet, so that was okay. The toilet would not flush properly. There was also no hand drier or paper towels to dry my hands so I wound up using toilet paper.

We had a late dinner reservation on a Sunday, so unfortunately the restaurant had run out of almost everything except for pizza. Despite this, the pizza was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly.
Excellent food, friendly staff, great service. The roast dinner was fantastic, my new local for sure. Very cool, laid back place with great food. Looking forward to trying a pizza soon. Annie
This restaurant offers a fantastic selection of fresh dishes and delicious drinks, including a great variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic options. They are also able to accommodate guests with Coeliac's Disease.
No problems with the booking; the table was reserved and ready for us. The serving staff were very helpful and friendly. The lamb in particular was very good indeed and the gravy was lovely!
We all enjoyed a delicious meal together after a long time apart. We started with focaccia with dips, salad, mussels, pizza, and a great selection of wine. The service was excellent. Though we didn't try the steak, it looked delicious and must taste great. We will definitely return for other occasions.

This is all about the way in which the manager and staff make a pretty grim location (busy junction, functional streets etc) utterly forgettable once you step inside and receive such a warm welcome. We had booked for Sunday lunch and had a table reserved for us upstairs which was pleasantly laid out. The manager was attentive and wore a beaming smile. The actual roasts were really very good indeed and despite it being near 3.30pm, the full menu was available. Dessert was absolutely unnecessary but having spied an example downstairs, they proved a must have order. Very kindly, a food box was provided for me to return home with (very undeserved) treats for the cat. Excellent atmosphere and food to match.
We were 2 going for Sunday lunch. Whilst the service and ambiance was really good I found the experience just generally ok. The meat was lovely and the veg not over cooked but it was the gravy that lacked any flavor which let the whole meal down.
It was disappointing that when we arrived they had run out of roast lamb and had also run out of one of the desserts. I would advise people to go early in the afternoon for Sunday Lunch to avoid disappointment.
We had a late dining room reservation on a Sunday, so unfortunately the restaurant was from quite everything except pizza. the pizza was excellent, however, and the staff was very friendly.
Excellent eating, friendly staff, good service. the frying dinner was fantastic, my new native safe. very cool, covered place with great food. I look forward to tasting a pizza soon. annie
