What Zachary Williams likes about Caffe Vergnano 1882:
During our 10-day stay in London, we visited Caffe Vergnano after our trip to the London Eye. There were two adults and three children in our group. We ordered pizza for the kids, a pear and walnut salad, seafood pasta, and zucchini soup. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Our waiter was very sweet and attentive to the children. My friend and I decided to try out this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. The gnocchi and radicchio we ordered were delicious, though a little too sweet for our liking. The service was a bit inconsistent. While we enjoyed our meal overall, we felt that there are other restaurants with higher quality dishes in comparison to this one. View all feedback.

read moreNestled in the bustling South Bank, this restaurant offers a unique blend of charm and challenges. Diners rave about the rich, creamy hot chocolate, skillfully crafted from melted chocolate, which is a standout highlight. The varied menu features tempting options, though some dishes may fall short of expectations. Service quality fluctuates, with reports of slow attentiveness and occasional rudeness from staff. The cozy, subtly decorated interior provides a relaxed atmosphere, despite being a bit dim. While the establishment lacks the allure of its neighbors, it deserves a visit for its creative menu and inviting ambiance, making it an impressive spot to unwind.
