I called the restaurant, and a you... read more I found a roach in my drink, and I only noticed it because I opened the lid to transfer some into another glass for my child. I called the restaurant, and a young lady said she would be happy to replace my drink. However, now I have to drive all the way back just to get a replacement for a drink! I cannot believe this is how a food service business handles such a situation. I'm completely disgusted and disappointed, especially since I eat there 3 or 4 times a week. They seem to think giving me a drink is sufficient, but they need to clean their drink machines properly. I encourage everyone else to check their food as well!
