Mcdonald's - Lakesite

Drive through staff was friendly, but I would rather have been served a raw potato than the fries I got. They were soggy and had no salt whatsoever.

Waited 15 mins to order in the drive thru with no one in front of us. Then another ten minutes till we got our food. Sandwiches/burger were not fresh and improperly made and fries were undercooked. We tried to order shamrock mcflurries but were told “they couldn’t do that” rather than saying they were out of something or that the ice cream machine was down. The people at the window did their best but it was obvious they were upset with the lack of support they were receiving from their colleagues in the back. All of this is an ongoing issue with the nightshift crew for several months now. They need help.

Drive- thru line was out to the street, so I decided to walk in. Place an order at 9:37am. Waited about 15mins, finally got my food when they called my number, but didn 't get my O.J. I asked, and the reply was, We are working on it. Long story short, after 40 minutes of placing my order and then waiting for my drink, I asked for a refund and left at 10:25am. I 'm done with McD.

Everyone knows McDonald's. I will say, for a while, they got a bad name for always messing up orders. However, in recent years, their locations have been upgraded and quality of service has improved. I don't eat fast food often, but It's our go-to place for reliability, consistency, and cleanliness.Parking: Dozens of parking spots always available.Kid-friendliness: McDonald's has been upgrading their locations. My kids love the game tables and self service kiosks.
