excellent service. it's so rare to find stellar customer service nowadays, but that's right @shells! our server was up, friendly, attentive and prompt. the food was delicious! we were quickly served, the commands were correct. Being pregnant ready to eat my dinner. Arriving home opening up my food to realize that they forgot to give me rice. The rice is part of my meal I was looking forward to this and had been craving it for while. Finally getting this just for it to not come complete a little disappointed. Our server is the best! kinsa is always friendly, smiling and knows the menu. I will ask them every time I eat at shells. the eating comes hot not warm, the roasted clams are the best I ever had, eating comes hot fast, so I will give shells 5 of 5 stars!

Seriously, bad food. Everyone in our party of 8 said the food was NOT good. Several complained of stomach issues after. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
