What User likes about Hibachi Express Lakeland:
This place was delicious and had great prices! The food was prepared and served quickly within minutes. We ordered hibachi entrees and tried steak, shrimp and chicken. All meats were great and well cooked with good flavors. Portion sizes were generous, and also included a small salad. We also ordered some sushi rolls, and they were also fresh and delicious. If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely terrible! We came out, I called to talk to managers at 8:50 a.m. on 9/09/2022 and was very disappointed with our conversation. I didn't ask, nor did I want my money back! I was basically called a liar because she personally packed our order! And remembered it!
