Cozy Oaks - Lakeland

Found this place by accident so we decided to give it a try. At first we sat and waited for our drinks, lady sat behind us and got hers before us. Then the food arrived and nothing special about it but the waitress never came back! Didn't ask how the food was or asked if we needed more drinks. Wife wanted to chage drinks but never happened. Then time to pay the bill came and not to my surprise the tip starts at 20% now, for breakfast. It's sad to say that after all that has happened that we have lost the service part on going out to eat. Didn't get the service but the tip was expected? I thought it had to be earned! Guess not anymore! Sad to say not a revisit place for us.

Update 10. 21. 22 Our server called Taunni was fantastic and even formed us and educated us on menu elements and off menu elements while we enjoyed our meal today. Such a jewel in rough, classic diner style with prizes that are appreciated! LOVE IT! Your food tastes great! GENUINE!

We visited today for the first time and OMG it was amazing, great customer service and the food was HUGE portion! 100% recommended. We ordered The Fat Cat and The Hulk.

Through the area, and we had a breakfast. Found of Cozy oaks easily through the GPS. It is located in a small medical place. Our server was Tonya, whose laughter made us in the morning! The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. The best part, my breakfast, as shown in the pictures, was good under $8!! Small, local place, with a nice menu! No wonder they've been here for 19 years! If you're in the area, you should stop!!

You have to say this place was great! The food was delicious, and the portions were crazy big!! If you are hungry, this place will satisfy you, and if you are looking for a friendly atmosphere and great staff, you are in a good place. Clean, friendly and great prices.
