Pizza Hut - Lakefield

No one, I mean no one, can compete with the Hut when it comes to pizza! It's packed with greasy goodness, and the crust is more stuffed than a corrupt politician's wallet!

The system was malfunctioning, causing a long wait for our pre-order. However, they recognized the issue and offered us some extra wings as a gesture of goodwill. The stuffed crust pizza and BBQ wings were delicious!

The food here is excellent and served quickly. However, I've noticed that when we order from Lakefield frequently, the staff often don't greet us or thank us, even when we leave a generous tip for takeout. It would definitely improve the experience if the staff were friendlier on a consistent basis. While some employees are personable, more often than not, they simply hand over the food without any interaction. This lack of friendliness doesn't reflect well on their customer service.

I heard her name shela i think made my pizza horrible it was very horribly cut and the toppings fell off in the box she was very huffy and puffy and was slamming the till well checking me out and ran to the back as soon as our transaction ended she also did not put the sauce in my box like she said she did and did not refund me terrible customer service normally everyone in there is super nice but i’ve e never had a good experience with her

The staff here are terrific! Had lunch here with my FIL and it was a great experience.
