Nateure’s Plate - Peterborough

This is hands down one of the most delicious restaurants to eat at. We sometimes drive over an hour just for dinner. Chef Nate is absolutely incredible, and has created some wildly tasty foods. The menu is completely vegan, but don't let that deter you I guarantee that you will find something on the menu to satisfy your hunger whether you are vegan or not. Boneless bites are a go to appetizer. The staff is very friendly and fun, the restaurant is clean what more can one ask for?

I visited this restaurant for lunch and was thoroughly impressed! The menu is entirely vegetarian and vegan, but that doesn't detract from the flavor or variety of dishes offered. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries, and it was perfectly seasoned, had a wonderful texture, and was absolutely enjoyable. The restaurant is divided into sections, each with about 5-6 tables, and the decor features a rustic style along with plenty of greenery. This is a fantastic spot for a delicious meal!

We've gotten take out here a couple of times while passing through Peterborough. Well the first time we were just passing through, and the second time we very intentionally made sure to visit Nateure's Plate on the way home. Everything has been great, though my favourite thing is the reuben sandwich with Salt and Vinegar fries. The Cesar salad is also excellent. Their website online order interface is easy to use on mobile. The interior of this place is really beautiful, and I imagine it will be super nice to dine in someday. No step to get in, they have a wheelchair accessible bathroom, and gender neutral single room bathrooms available.

The vegan food here is absolutely incredible! The staff is also wonderful—so kind and welcoming! I can't express just how delicious the food is. I highly recommend visiting this place!

For my main dish, I had the Jerk Chicken served over coconut rice, accompanied by mango chutney and black beans sprinkled with toasted coconut flakes, cilantro, and a beautifully charred lime. It was incredibly flavorful—so much so that I had to take half of it home! My husband tried the salt and vinegar chicken wings. He loved the texture, although he mentioned he would have preferred "real" chicken. Nonetheless, he couldn't get enough of the salt and vinegar rub. This restaurant is a fantastic spot for everyone, with friendly staff and great food. You won't be disappointed! I can't wait to go back and try the Reuben.
