I am very disappointed! The quality of the food is not what it used to be. I stopped coming about a year ago but decided to give it another try, and I wish I hadn't. The chicken was small, not crispy, and soggy—is this their idea of a signature dish? The portion of fries was half of what it used to be, and we ended up with mostly small, leftover pieces instead of full-sized fries, and they were definitely not fresh!... View all feedback.
Excellent restaurant, would highly recommend. Customer service is always top-notch, food is always piping hot and delicious, and they get you in an out so fast, there's virtually no wait. 5 stars, well earned.
If you are into chicken strips, Cane's is your place. Strips, fries and Texas toast. Food is always hot and service is fast. Don't be afraid of long lines, it will move fast
Always love Canes , They just need to be more precise on their sizing of their chicken when they cut it. Sometimes, you get normal sized chicken strips, and then othertimes you get chicken strips, where it look like they cut 1 regular piece into 2 pieces and when you're paying over $13. For a cainiac but really only getting the same amount of chicken as the box combo because the pieces are cut so much smaller gets a bit annoying ?

Not a fan. They gave our order away...then we got cold chicken it was dirty and unorganized
