Stopped by on the way home and got some dim sims and chips as well as a latte and a vanilla thick shake, the food tasted great and the vanilla thick shake was one of the best I have had which is amazing considering it...More View all feedback.

Visited for ice creams. Order was wrong but we paid for their mistake! Then they overcharged for an extra ice cream and then short changed us! Very disappointed. View all feedback.
We ordered 6 ice creams for our visit for all the children, as we went for a cousin catch and outing. My niece ordered a double scoop of 2 different ice creams in a cup. She ate her first scoop without issue, then started the second scoop to say that wasn’t what she asked for. We went and mentioned this to the young girl who served us, as it was not what we ordered. The manager came up and said that it had been eaten. Yes, the first scoop had been. The second scoop was in there still, but not touched. Anyhow, she refused to replace the ice cream. This was their mistake, not ours. We were only asking for what we ordered, but it was refused very rudely. As we were ordering a large number of ice creams, we weren’t too focused on what we were receiving. Additionally, the service is TERRIBLY slow, be warned. The coffee is below average. I know this is a small thing, but the sign “smile your on camera!”, located in a couple of places SHOULD read “smile, you’re on camera!”.
Lovely location in beautiful gardens with a view of lake Hume. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Awesome play area for the kids with jumping pillow and play equipment. Food was good. Very clean and well maintained cafe.
We arrived right on 9am opening time for breakfast. The inside of the café was filled with incense so we quickly ordered and moved outside. The garden is lovely and the kids playground is fantastic. We weren 't in a rush but still didn 't expect the very long wait before our drinks came out and then another 15 mins for the food. All we ordered was a smoothie and a coffee, bacon and egg roll, bacon and egg muffin, and fruit toast. My 5 year old was starving and kept saying how long does it take to cook raisin toast ? Waitress came out and said they had no muffins, could they do it on bread. I said a roll please. Then 5 minutes later owner came out with a roll on a plate and said they cost her more so it would be $2 extra for a roll, but as it was their mistake in not having the muffins she would let us have the bread at no extra cost. This was just annoying and rather petty I thought. When the food finally came the roll and sandwich were fairly soggy. The best part was the raisin toast. It was reasonably priced but not very nice and definitely not worth the hassle wait time especially as we were the only people who ordered food in the first 20 minutes after opening. We will go again for the garden and playground but stick to fish and chips and icecreams.
Disappointing meals and service. Picture is the Steak from the steak sandwich, it was more like old chewy roast beef reheated. Lady in charge rude to staff while we were there and also customers.
Great view and service, comfortable seating, plenty of parking a great place for coffee and cake or ice cream.
