We absolutely adore The Farm Table Inn! This was only our second visit, but it definitely won't be our last. The food is out of this world—meticulously prepared and crafted with care. Our server Jess was wonderfully genuine, passionate, and respectful. There's truly no comparison to this restaurant; if I had to name a similar place, it would be The Keg, but The Farm Table Inn is a million times better—not even in the... View all feedback.
This is the most delightful place for dinner. We enjoyed the prime rib buffet, and the food, wine, and service were outstanding. The local influence is clearly reflected in the quality of the meat, seafood, and vegetables, as well as in the wine selection. I'm looking forward to treating myself to brunch tomorrow.
I attended the Mexican buffet night and I can't recommend it highly enough. The food was fresh, authentic, and beautifully presented. There was an incredible selection, and the made-to-order fajitas were absolutely fantastic. Great job, George, Ev, and the entire team! I plan to bring as many people as I can to this impressive restaurant and farm. It deserves 6 stars!
The food was absolutely delicious—farm-fresh eggs with rich golden yolks, homemade sausages, and incredible bacon. The cinnamon-infused French toast was delightful, and those who tried the chowder raved about it. There were many other options on the buffet, but you can only eat so much! The desserts were heavenly as well. Thank you, Evelyn, and your wonderful staff for a memorable experience!
My wife and I stopped by this morning to see this amazing Sunday brunch that we had heard so much about. Well there was a reason that everyone is talking, it is that good! It was a pleasure to sample the buffet lined with with such a diverse selection of offerings all skillfully crafted by Chef George. From his made on site sausage and liver pate with locally sourced meats to the savoury Dim Sum. Our entire meal from start to finish was a treat for our palettes right down to the delightful fresh made desert treats to top off the meal. Evelyn was warm and inviting as she ensured our visit was a pleasant one. NOW....this was just the food, we haven't gotten to the location. Nestled along the Cowichan River on the way to Lake Cowichan on Hwy18 the Farm is tucked under large cedar and fir trees in a rustic countryside farm. I look forward to visiting again when the full farm operation has taken life and meals can be enjoyed on the outdoor patio. I highly recommend a visit in your future.
