We were greeted by beautiful, friendly staff at Vaughn Lodge, just a few minutes from the city and beach - the perfect location to discover the beauty of the west of Ireland. The bedrooms are state-of-the-art, sparkling clean, and spacious, with high-end products in the bathroom. The owners are hands-on and their young son is a joy to observe; he is a wonderful, pleasant, and attentive young man in the restaurant. The food is delicious and all the workers go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. Vaughn Lodge is personal and friendly, and they cannot do enough for their guests. The owners and employees are experts in ensuring an unforgettable stay. Thank you, Maria, for the beautiful note on Sunday morning. The hotel is in a league of its own, and the management and staff should be commended and respected for their hard work and dedication. Thank you to the Kerry ladies - we will definitely be back.

It was a five-star experience in every aspect - from the luxurious dining room to the excellent service and delicious food. We felt like we were dining at one of the best restaurants on Earth. The wine list was impressive and well-curated. We hope to see them reopen in the summer and continue their excellent work.

We enjoyed a drink at the bar while waiting for our reservation and had the pleasure of meeting the friendly owner Michael. The staff welcomed us warmly and showed us to our table in the beautifully decorated dining room. The food presentation was stunning and the flavors were absolutely amazing, from the starters to the desserts. Our waitress was attentive and kind. The next morning, we had a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The full Irish breakfast was particularly fantastic. We commend the chef for both dinner and breakfast and the breakfast waitress for her excellent service. Anything we needed was taken care of promptly. We can't wait to return for another stay at this lovely establishment with such friendly service.
