read moreFishbone Kitchen presents a mixed dining experience that showcases excellent food and attentive service, yet faces challenges with consistency and ambiance. Diners praise standout dishes like the Brussels sprouts appetizer and paella, while some entrées fall flat, lacking flavor or presentation. Noise levels can be disruptive, particularly from nearby bar activity, affecting a serene dining atmosphere. While happy hour discrepancies and limited seating options detract from the overall experience, the knowledgeable staff shines, especially on Monday evenings with half-priced wine. Despite some service delays, Fishbone Kitchen holds potential, leaving diners divided on their motivation to return.
