The items I ordered, vegan cr... read more I recently visited a small restaurant that specializes in vegan desserts. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The items I ordered, vegan crisp and vegan choco buttern nuts, arrived in multiple packaging materials, with the sugar from one of the items spilling everywhere. The choco-butter nuts were also waterlogged, likely because they had been stored in a refrigerator before delivery. I was disappointed with the lack of care in packaging and overall presentation of the items. Despite reaching out on social media, I feel my feedback may have been overlooked due to the size of the restaurant and their team. I have decided to unfollow and not order from this restaurant again. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the restaurant's focus on vegan products.

I was in search of vegan desserts and decided to try this place due to its proximity to my house. Unfortunately, the orders did not meet my expectations. There was a lack of communication regarding the delivery times, and the packaging was poorly done. The crinkles arrived with broken packaging, causing sugar to spill everywhere, and the choco butternut was waterlogged, likely due to being stored in the fridge. I checked their social media and website for any instructions on refrigeration, but found none. Overall, the orders were messy and careless, making me question if they were truly vegan. I reached out to them through social media, but it seems my feedback may be ignored. I have decided to unfollow and not order from them again. It was a disappointing experience, and I ended up throwing everything away. Additionally, I noticed they claim to be eco-friendly with their use of "greens," but they used excessive plastic packaging.
