The first online organic store I discovered is conveniently located near my home. The staff is friendly, responsive, and consistently delivers orders on time.

I recently visited a small restaurant that specializes in vegan desserts. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The items I ordered, vegan crisp and vegan choco buttern nuts, arrived in multiple packaging materials, with the sugar from one of the items spilling everywhere. The choco-butter nuts were also waterlogged, likely because they had been stored in a refrigerator before delivery. I was disappointed with the lack of care in packaging and overall presentation of the items. Despite reaching out on social media, I feel my feedback may have been overlooked due to the size of the restaurant and their team. I have decided to unfollow and not order from this restaurant again. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the restaurant's focus on vegan products.
This is the first online vegan store near me that I discovered. The staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and they always deliver punctually.
