I was in search of vegan desserts and decided to try this place due to its proximity to my house. Unfortunately, the orders did not meet my expectations. There was a lack of communication regarding the delivery times, and the packaging was poorly done. The crinkles arrived with broken packaging, causing sugar to spill everywhere, and the choco butternut was waterlogged, likely due to being stored in the fridge. I checked their social media and website for any instructions on refrigeration, but found none. Overall, the orders were messy and careless, making me question if they were truly vegan. I reached out to them through social media, but it seems my feedback may be ignored. I have decided to unfollow and not order from them again. It was a disappointing experience, and I ended up throwing everything away. Additionally, I noticed they claim to be eco-friendly with their use of "greens," but they used excessive plastic packaging.
