What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
The sign on the door indicates that the lobby is closed and that orders can only be placed at the pick-up window. Why is that? It can't be for social distancing reasons—there were only six people inside, and only one was wearing a mask while dancing in front of the counter. My pizza last night had the right topping, old-world peteroni, but it was very irregularly distributed and saw nothing like the picture on the site. My pizza was ready in time and the staff was friendly.
I was able to get my food much faster, because the other location had about 15 people in the store and the employee said it would be another 20 mins before she was going to be able to take anyone's offer
Stopped here twice on a family trip. They were out of Hot N Ready pizzas but had fresh ones made in less then 15 minutes. Tasted great! The employees were very friendly. Highly recommend stop for ur meal!
Pizza is good. Can't order online bevause the app won't let you. They don't answer the phone or didn't when we called. We told them about the app, they shrugged. After a 25 minute wait, our order sat for a while when we were standing there waiting. The pizza was good. If you want Customer service this isn't a good place. But again the pizza is good.
Went to Lafayette Pkwy today and so glad I did. Provides drive thru service and the customer service was the very best...Amanda provided excellent customer service. She was very professional and a great listener. We talked about the wing and she suggested the garlic parmesan and as we talked I decided to try them and so glad I did. I am big on customer service so I will return to this one. Amanda is management ready! Thanks for providing great service!! I appreciate it very much!!
