On the positive side, my pizza was ready promptly, and the staff was friendly.

I'm just thankful they answered the phone, especially since it appears that many Little Caesars locations nowadays don't. They encourage online orders, but not everyone has that option. Nevertheless, you're still a pizza place—so please, just answer the phone!

Although they didn't have one ready, they offered to make one fresh for me. I decided to wait and also ordered a Cheese and a Pepperoni pizza. They quickly prepared all three, and they were outstanding—hot and fresh. It was a pleasure to receive such excellent customer service on Veteran's Day, even though I didn't mention that I am a Veteran. The manager, Wanda Fowler, along with Jerry, provided fantastic service.

It can’t be because of COVID, as I saw six people inside—only one wearing a mask while dancing in front of the counter. Among the others, one had a head covering, and I spotted three drinks on the counter. An employee was sitting in the lobby on her phone, and no one even acknowledged me when I stood at the door. It makes me question what's really happening here.

After a 25 minute wait, our order sat for a while when we were standing there waiting. The pizza was good. If you want Customer service this isn't a good place. But again the pizza is good.
