I stopped on a rainy Friday afternoon. I asked if they had already made a Hawaiian pizza. They said they didn't, but they could make a fresh one. I told them I'd wait and I needed a cheese and a Pepperoni pizza. You made all 3 pizzas fast. The pizzas were excellent hot and fresh. What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
Sign up at the door says lobby closed call at orders only pick up window .Why? It can't be that they're worried about me counting only 6 people there, only 1 wore a mask and she dances in front of the counter. the other 5 I saw that one carries a headgear, counted 3 drinks setting on the counter 1 employee sitting in lobby on their phone. They won't even look at you when you're on the door, why it's all going up. View all feedback.
My pizza last night had the right topping, old-world peteroni, but it was very irregularly distributed and saw nothing like the picture on the site. My pizza was ready in time and the staff was friendly.
I was able to get my food much faster, because the other location had about 15 people in the store and the employee said it would be another 20 mins before she was going to be able to take anyone's offer
Stopped here twice on a family trip. They were out of Hot N Ready pizzas but had fresh ones made in less then 15 minutes. Tasted great! The employees were very friendly. Highly recommend stop for ur meal!
Pizza is good. Can't order online bevause the app won't let you. They don't answer the phone or didn't when we called. We told them about the app, they shrugged. After a 25 minute wait, our order sat for a while when we were standing there waiting. The pizza was good. If you want Customer service this isn't a good place. But again the pizza is good.
Went to Lafayette Pkwy today and so glad I did. Provides drive thru service and the customer service was the very best...Amanda provided excellent customer service. She was very professional and a great listener. We talked about the wing and she suggested the garlic parmesan and as we talked I decided to try them and so glad I did. I am big on customer service so I will return to this one. Amanda is management ready! Thanks for providing great service!! I appreciate it very much!!
