Krystal - Lagrange

I have to have a bag full. krystal breakfast in the morning is from the chain people! as you like it, a finished deal. also, late-hungry snacker they have u cover!?

So i did Mobil ordering thru drive thru. I get to window and the cashier says that my order was paid comp and she couldn't give it to me because they were switching over to breakfast. Ok like why couldn't you just give me Breakfast

Line was long but I did order from the app in the line saved 50% with KRYSTAL50 when download Krystal App. I paid on the app even after ordered thru drive-thru. (i really wanted the 50% off) but app froze and then completed and the lady at window saw my order, my payment, discount applied and removed duplicate order in a breeze that was awesome. Need healthy section though

Horrible. They should just shut this place down and let another business take it's place. I recently went and they are only doing drive-thru. I sat in the parking lot and watched as 4 employees were sitting in the dining room talking to each other, one of the female employees was even vaping in the dining room, and one of the other female employee got up and came outside to smoke a cigarette and talk on her phone. Seeing all of this completely ruined my appetite for Krystal, so I left and spent my money elsewhere. Now I can understand being short staffed and having to do drive-thru only because you are a constantly busy restaurant. But that isn't the case for Krystal because this place is never busy and seeing what I just saw it's no wonder why it's never busy and why there's never any cars at the drive-thru whenever I drive by this place. If you trust getting your food from lazy employees that just want to sit around and talk all day instead of work then this is the restaurant for you. As for me I won't be back to this location unless they can get some better management cause it's clear that whoever manages this location now doesn't care how the store operates or what their employees do. Like I said they should just shut this place down. Also Krystal corporate should send an undercover boss or secret shopper here.

The worst. Always gets orders wrong and looks like they played football with my order before giving it to me, which is always incorrect/missing 2 or 3 things. Go to CVS and get a can of soup if it'd in the wee hours.
