They should just shut this place down and let another business take it's place. I recently went and they are only doing drive-thru. I sat in the parking lot and watched as 4 employees were sitting in the dining room talking to each other, one of the female employees was even vaping in the dining room, and one of the other female employee got up and came outside to smoke a cigarette and talk on her phone. Seeing all of this completely ruined my appetite for Krystal, so I left and spent my money elsewhere. Now I can understand being short staffed and having to do drive-thru only because you are a constantly busy restaurant. But that isn't the case for Krystal because this place is never busy and seeing what I just saw it's no wonder why it's never busy and why there's never any cars at the drive-thru whenever I drive by this place. If you trust getting your food from lazy employees that just want to sit around and talk all day instead of work then this is the restaurant for you. As for me I won't be back to this location unless they can get some better management cause it's clear that whoever manages this location now doesn't care how the store operates or what their employees do. Like I said they should just shut this place down. Also Krystal corporate should send an undercover boss or secret shopper here.

The food is rarely fresh, the cashiers c... read more I used to work at the Krystal in LaGrange, and since Rachel Thorn stopped managing, the store has really gone downhill. The food is rarely fresh, the cashiers clearly need better customer service training, and the current manager is a real problem. There are only certain times of the day when you can expect decent food and service at Krystal, but even then, it feels like a gamble.

I placed my order online, so I expected it to be correct. When I picked it up, I asked twice if it was made with no mustard, and they assured me it was. However... read more I placed my order online, so I expected it to be correct. When I picked it up, I asked twice if it was made with no mustard, and they assured me it was. However, after eating half of one, I realized it had mustard. I checked another one of the twelve, and it also had mustard. After driving all the way home to eat, I had to get back in the car and return with the full order. The employee insisted I could only get a refund for 10, since I had already eaten or touched the two with mustard. I hate mustard! There were no apologies, no free meal, not even one free Krystal. Instead of any compensation, I felt punished for receiving food with mustard. After asking three times for no mustard, I will probably never return.
