Just need to get a vacuum truck to come through during down hours!!

I placed my order online, so I expected it to be correct. When I picked it up, I asked twice if it was made with no mustard, and they assured me it was. However... read more I placed my order online, so I expected it to be correct. When I picked it up, I asked twice if it was made with no mustard, and they assured me it was. However, after eating half of one, I realized it had mustard. I checked another one of the twelve, and it also had mustard. After driving all the way home to eat, I had to get back in the car and return with the full order. The employee insisted I could only get a refund for 10, since I had already eaten or touched the two with mustard. I hate mustard! There were no apologies, no free meal, not even one free Krystal. Instead of any compensation, I felt punished for receiving food with mustard. After asking three times for no mustard, I will probably never return.

The food is rarely fresh, the cashiers c... read more I used to work at the Krystal in LaGrange, and since Rachel Thorn stopped managing, the store has really gone downhill. The food is rarely fresh, the cashiers clearly need better customer service training, and the current manager is a real problem. There are only certain times of the day when you can expect decent food and service at Krystal, but even then, it feels like a gamble.

Line was long, but I saved order from the app in the line 50% with KRYSTAL50 when downloading Krystal app. I also paid on the app after ordered thru drive-thru.... read more Line was long, but I saved order from the app in the line 50% with KRYSTAL50 when downloading Krystal app. I also paid on the app after ordered thru drive-thru. (i really wanted the 50% off) but app frozen and then completed and the lady in the window saw my order, my payment, discount applied and removed double order in a breeze that was brilliant. Need a healthy section
