Chick-fil-a - Lagrange

Avoid this place at all costs. This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. They refused to serve me because I didn't follow their drive-thru protocol of going around the building. Nowhere was it posted that this was a requirement, yet they still denied me service. Terrible customer service. I will never return to this establishment.

The staff at this restaurant is pleasant, friendly, and efficient. The establishment is clean and inviting, with well-maintained restrooms. The food is delicious, as expected. Although parking can be difficult, the staff handles it well. There is an outdoor dining area with a children's play area. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

The quality of the chicken has declined over the years and is now just average. The only standout feature of the restaurant is their sauces. The fries are often bland and cold, and the chicken patties seem to be shrinking in size and flavor.

Chick-fil-a is always a winner no matter what state or town I am in they never disappoint. Love the Polynesian sauce and the smoked honey bbq sauce . My fave are the nuggets and the frys

Very sad about my customer service here and I use to come at least three times a week. My order was messed up and mistakes happened . They made me aware they would fix and I drove back. I ordered more food for the kids and they forgot my order theymessed up. I asked the cashier at the window was all the food in the same bag for me and she said yes. I came home and onceagain they messed up my order. I call again and they say they can replace. At this point all my other food is cold and whatabout all the gas wasted for now a third trip.
