We ordered wings, loaded mac and cheese, the Avalanche Burger, French bread pizza, a corn dog for the kids, and some nachos. We also tried the drink of the day, which came with a souvenir glass. The Jekyll Island design beer was the best I've ever had. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and offered helpful suggestions.

It's a must-visit spot when you're in Lagrange.

Unfortunately, my taco... read more My husband and I visited today for some light snacks. He ordered the venom-flavored wings, while I opted for the yard bird chicken tacos. Unfortunately, my tacos were quite dry, as you can see in the picture. They also forgot to include the lettuce and fried jalapeños, so I had to ask for them to bring those out on a separate plate. I really don't understand why they would serve obviously dry tacos in the first place. As a chef, I would always check the food before it goes out. As for my husband’s dish, it was quite disappointing as well. The sauce was overly watery, lacking any real flavor, and certainly didn’t live up to the name "venom." The fried jalapeños ended up being the highlight of the meal; I really wish I had just ordered those instead.

The customer service and food quality were good. The food could have been hotter, but it was still enjoyable. Prices were reasonable, ranging from $7.95 to $12.99.

We enjoyed the wings, loaded mac and cheese, Avalanche burger, French bread pizza, kids' corn dogs, tater tot nachos, and a draft of the day served in a souvenir glass. The Jekyll Island draft was by far the best beer I've ever tasted. Our server was friendly, attentive, and offered great recommendations.
