We ordered wings, loaded mac and cheese, the Avalanche Burger, French bread pizza, a corn dog for the kids, and some nachos. We also tried the drink of the day, which came with a souvenir glass. The Jekyll Island design beer was the best I've ever had. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and offered helpful suggestions.

It's a must-visit spot when you're in Lagrange.

Unfortunately, my taco... read more My husband and I visited today for some light snacks. He ordered the venom-flavored wings, while I opted for the yard bird chicken tacos. Unfortunately, my tacos were quite dry, as you can see in the picture. They also forgot to include the lettuce and fried jalapeños, so I had to ask for them to bring those out on a separate plate. I really don't understand why they would serve obviously dry tacos in the first place. As a chef, I would always check the food before it goes out. As for my husband’s dish, it was quite disappointing as well. The sauce was overly watery, lacking any real flavor, and certainly didn’t live up to the name "venom." The fried jalapeños ended up being the highlight of the meal; I really wish I had just ordered those instead.

The food and the staff were excellent as well! If you're in LaGrange, this is definitely a place you have to visit!

However, after about 10 minutes, someone at the front of house noticed an... read more Initially, I had some concerns because the host assigned to me never came to check in. However, after about 10 minutes, someone at the front of house noticed and took care of me for the remainder of my visit. I can't remember her name, but she was incredibly helpful! The AvalancheBurger lived up to its description and was delicious. It made for a great stop while I was on the road. I definitely recommend it!
