After visiting the sign, we stopped by and were... read more I almost hesitate to share this because I want to keep it a secret, but Ruby's Breakfast is absolutely amazing! After visiting the sign, we stopped by and were not disappointed at all. The Centaur Burrito and the Breakfast Ru were both incredible, and I can't wait to come back next weekend to try the Breakfast Gyro. We had already enjoyed their bowls and subs before (which are also fantastic), but the breakfast really elevates this place to a six-star rating in my opinion. Either way, I will definitely be back!

I also sampled their gyro and cheeseburger sub, and they were both delicious too.
